Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payments
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the agreed delivery date or shoot date.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
- Payments are made by bank transfer, with other options available on request.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable and may be subject to the remaining session fee, where legally permitted.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and agreement of a new date.
- I may need to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond my control.
Products & Delivery
- The client is responsible for providing products in suitable, clean, and ready-to-photograph condition.
- Products should be delivered or made available before the agreed shoot date.
- I am not responsible for delays caused by products arriving late, damaged, incomplete, or unsuitable for photography.
- Products will be handled with reasonable care during the shoot.
- Clients are responsible for arranging collection or return of products where required.
Image Delivery & Editing
- Edited images are delivered via a private online gallery within 2 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.
- RAW or unedited files are not provided.
- Only final, selected and edited images will be delivered.
- Additional retouching, compositing, or special editing requests may incur an extra fee.
- Images must not be edited or filtered without permission.
Copyright & Usage
- I retain copyright and ownership of the photographs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The client receives usage rights for the agreed purpose.
- Commercial, advertising, website, social media, or other business use is permitted only within the agreed licence.
- Any extended or exclusive commercial usage may require an additional licensing fee.
Product Responsibility
- The client remains responsible for the products at all times, including their value, condition, and insurance.
- I am not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturing defects, or damage caused by the product itself.
- Any fragile, valuable, or specialist items should be disclosed before the shoot.
Creative Approach
- By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed my portfolio and are booking based on my photography style.
- Specific angles, compositions, colours, or results cannot be guaranteed unless agreed in advance.
- Final image selection and editing remain at my creative discretion.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
- I may use selected product images for my website, portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.
- If the images are subject to confidentiality, a launch date, or other restrictions, this must be agreed before the shoot.
Travel & Additional Costs
- Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
- Studio hire, props, specialist equipment, postage, product handling, or other additional costs may be charged separately where applicable.
- Any additional costs will be agreed before the work begins.
Agreement
- By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights under UK law.
