Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payments
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event.
- Your date is confirmed once payment is received.
- Payments are made by bank transfer, with other options available on request.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable and may be subject to the remaining session fee, where legally permitted.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and agreement of a new date.
- I may need to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond my control.
Image Delivery
- Edited images are delivered via a private online gallery within 2 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.
- RAW or unedited files are not provided.
- Only final, fully edited images will be delivered.
Copyright & Usage
- I retain full copyright and ownership of the images.
- Personal-use rights are granted for printing and sharing.
- Commercial use, advertising, or business use requires separate permission or licensing.
- Images must not be edited or filtered without approval.
Event Responsibility
- The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, timings, location, and access information.
- Please ensure I have suitable access to the venue and any areas required for photography.
- I am not responsible for missed photographs caused by delays, restricted access, changes to the event schedule, or circumstances outside my control.
- I reserve the right to stop photography if conditions become unsafe or inappropriate.
Guests & Privacy
- The client is responsible for informing guests that photography will take place where appropriate.
- I will make reasonable efforts to respect requests from guests who do not wish to be photographed.
- Please let me know in advance about any specific guests or situations that should not be photographed.
Travel
- Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
- Additional costs such as parking, tolls, permits, or accommodation may apply and will be agreed before booking.
Style & Creative Approach
- By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed my portfolio and are booking based on my photography style.
- Specific photographs, moments, poses, or results cannot be guaranteed.
- Final image selection and editing remain at my creative discretion.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
- I may use selected images from the event for my website, portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.
- If you do not wish for images from your event to be used publicly, please let me know before the event.
Agreement
- By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights under UK law.

How far in advance should I book my event photography?
We recommend booking your event photography at least 6-10 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for peak seasons.
Can I request specific shots or moments to be captured?
Absolutely! We encourage you to provide us with a shot list or special moments you want us to capture. We will make sure no important moments are missed.
Can I make changes to my package after booking?
We understand that plans can change, so we’re flexible! If you need to adjust the coverage time, add extra services, or customise your package, just let us know, and we'll accommodate your needs.
What type of events do you cover?
We cover a wide range of events including corporate events, weddings, family gatherings, parties, conferences, and intimate celebrations. If you have a unique event in mind, feel free to reach out and we'll discuss how we can assist!
How long will it take to receive my photos?
We typically deliver the edited images within 1-2 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the event.
Are travel fees included in the price?
Travel fees are typically included within a certain distance from our base location. For events held further away, we may charge an additional travel fee to cover transportation and accommodation.
