Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payments
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session.
- Your date is confirmed once payment is received.
- Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable and may be subject to the remaining session fee, where legally permitted.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Sessions may be rescheduled due to bad weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
Image Delivery
- Edited images are delivered via a private online gallery within 2 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.
- RAW or unedited files are not provided.
- Images must not be edited or filtered without permission.
Roller Sessions
- Roller sessions are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled due to rain or unsafe conditions.
- I reserve the right to stop a session if conditions become unsafe.
- The driver is responsible for driving safely, legally, and appropriately at all times.
- I am not responsible for driving behaviour, traffic offences, accidents, or damage caused by the driver.
Client & Vehicle Responsibility
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will reduce your session time.
- The vehicle owner is responsible for the vehicle, its condition, insurance, and any existing damage.
- Any damage caused by the client or driver remains their responsibility.
- I am not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Travel
- Travel fees may apply depending on location.
- Any additional parking, tolls, permits, or travel costs will be agreed before booking.
Copyright & Usage
- I retain full copyright and ownership of the images.
- Personal-use rights are granted for printing and sharing.
- Commercial use requires separate permission.
- Images may be used for my portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.
Style & Creative Approach
- By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed my portfolio and are booking based on my photography style.
- Specific images, locations, lighting, or results cannot be guaranteed.
- Final image selection and editing remain at my creative discretion.
Agreement
- By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights under UK law.

How should I prepare my car for the shoot?
For the best results, I recommend a full wash and detail before the session. Ensure the tires, wheels, and windows are clean, and remove any clutter from the interior if interior shots are required. Polished and well-maintained cars always look best in photos!
Can you photograph motorcycles and other vehicles?
Yes! I cover all types of vehicles, including motorcycles, trucks, modified cars, classic cars, and supercars. No matter the type, I’ll capture the unique details and personality of your vehicle.
Do you provide commercial photography for dealerships or automotive brands?
Yes! I work with car dealerships, automotive brands, aftermarket parts companies, and car clubs to create high-quality marketing and promotional content. If you need images for social media, websites, or advertising, I can deliver professional visuals to fit your brand.
Can I be in the photos with my car?
Of course! If you’d like to be included in the shoot, we can capture portraits with your vehicle in a way that complements both you and the car.
What happens if the weather is bad on the shoot day?
If the weather isn’t ideal (rain, heavy fog, etc.), we can either embrace the conditions for a unique aesthetic or reschedule for a better day. I always keep an eye on the forecast to plan accordingly.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel fees may apply for shoots outside my standard area, depending on the distance. Local shoots are free of charge, while longer distances locations may have additional costs.
